The hotel is located inside terminal two at Soekarno-Hatta. Bear in mind that it can take some time to get between the terminals, so if you are at terminal two this will be the most convenient option though if you are arriving at (or leaving from) a different terminal, there are other hotel options in the airport area which may not take much longer for you to reach.
Inside terminal two the location is convenient. The hotel is in the heart of the terminal, just a couple of minutes’ walk from either arrivals or departures.
The hotel has a slightly dated feeling but for my ends for an airport hotel it is absolutely fine. My bedroom had a large window so there was plenty of natural light available, which I liked.
The bedroom area was good and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a desk and chair.
The bathroom contained only a shower not a bathtub. The design was suboptimal, such that it was hard to turn the (fixed) shower on without putting one’s arm in the water, cold or scalding, and the water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor easily.
For a place to pass a night at the airport, this hotel was absolutely fine.
Although my room had great views out onto the tarmac and one could see planes landing and taking off all day, there was not much aircraft noise in the room and I slept like a log even when there was aircraft movement. One can hear planes, but it is as a distant noise rather than as a loud disruption.
Service and Amenities
The hotel has friendly staff, from the security chaps outside to the reception and cleaners. I like it that they make it easy for a weary traveller to turn up, check in fast and get to sleep – there is no faffing around with credit card deposits, for example.
The hotel has some amenities although when I was there the main restaurant was closed for renovation.
The location is unbeatable, especially if your flight is from or to terminal two. The hotel is comfortable and staff friendly.
