I had decent expectations for the Korean Air lounge in Busan but was underwhelmed.
The lounge is easily reached, airside just up the stairs one level from the departure area.
The lounge is fairly large but organised in one, large, windowless room which gives it a hangar like quality. The decoration is bland, old school Korean interior decoration style. There are rows and rows of single chairs lined up facing each other, although most are not conveniently located for a power point.
The food selection was limited, basically a range of decent but very simple snacks and a lot of instant noodles. I was in the lounge later in the evening, past dinner time, so perhaps the selection is better at other times but I was still surprised during my visit at how thin the food selection was.
The drink selection was slender although they did have an excellent Rémy Martin cognac, and good blended Scotch and bourbon.
This is a bland and underwhelming lounge without very useful functional or aesthetically pleasing design.
