Came back recently from a short weekend trip to Tokyo. I’ve been there a few times so didn’t do many touristy things, except for two. The Yebisu Beer Factory and bike riding around the Imperial Palace.
The Yebisu Beer Factory tour is located at Ebisu, duh. But actually, it’s not a factory, it’s a museum. I thought it was subpar and my friend and I were disappointed when we got there. It’s really just a museum with a guided tour in Japanese. Then on the side there’s a tasting room where you can buy beers at not so cheap prices. I thought it would be really cheap to drink, but it definitely wasn’t.
It’s free to walk into the museum but I wouldn’t make a separate trip if you’re not in the area already.
